Terms of Purchase and Delivery

Contract
The contract is concluded with Hotel Goldknopf – Jochstraße 18 – I-39040 Alpe di Siusi – VAT IT00198390213 and comes into effect upon payment of the voucher.
Only persons aged 18 or over are allowed to make purchases in our online shop.

Order
You can pay for the voucher(s) using credit card.
If payment is made by credit card, the voucher can be downloaded immediately and will also be sent via e-mail. You then only need to print it and gift it.
 

Validity
All vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of issue and must be redeemed within this period – please note our opening hours!
Vouchers include a barcode necessary for redemption. Each voucher can only be used once. The purchaser or recipient is responsible for safekeeping and handling of the original voucher. In case of loss, theft, improper use, or damage, the amount will not be refunded.

Prices and Products
Purchased vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, even partially. If consumption is less than the voucher value, the beneficiary will receive a new voucher for the difference. The corresponding tax receipt will be sent directly to the purchaser upon payment. The voucher is only valid when fully paid.
Package vouchers and treatment vouchers are valid for 1 year, as indicated on the voucher. Items and packages may change during the validity period or differ from the details on the voucher. If an ordered item is no longer available, the voucher can be used for other services in our hotel, by agreement.

Your security is our highest priority! Data such as credit card number, IBAN, account number, name, and address are transmitted via secure SSL connection. No unauthorized person can read your information during internet transmission. Additionally, we apply several extra security measures in the voucher shop.
